Brian McKnight, P-ssy Song Invited to Porn Awards
WARNING: Adult content ahead...
Brian McKnight appears to have a major hit on his hands, but it's not one you'll be hearing on any Top 40 countdown any time soon.
The singer released a YouTube video this week of himself inside a studio, recording a track titled "If You're Ready to Learn" that includes the lyric: "Let me show you how your pussy works." You really need to listen to it for yourself:
Since going viral, the song has attracted the attention of many adult film company, and McKnight has been invited to perform it live at the AVN Awards, commonly referred to as the Oscars of Porn.
"I don't know what specifically I will do with this track in the future," McKnight told TMZ. "And I don't see myself ever performing it live, but I am flattered that people have embraced it and are having as much fun with it as I am."
Look for "If You're Ready to Learn" to be available on iTunes next week.

Logitech president celebrates end-of-year earnings with management cull
Logitech's Q4 and full-year report makes for uncomfortable reading. Despite profits increasing by a factor of nine in the last quarter of the year, overall annual profit fell 44 percent from $143 million to $71 million. The company has already parachuted in former Whirlpool exec. Bracken P. Darrel to turn things around and recover the losses made when the company went big on Google TV. His first action has been to kick-start a restructuring operation that will save $80 million in costs, starting by cutting a whole management layer -- demoting current product VP Junien Labrousse and firing sales VP Werner Heid. Mr. Darrell is now working directly with his team on a new lineup of "stronger" products to be unveiled later this quarter, with an emphasis on Windows 8 peripherals and LifeSize video conferencing gear.

Google Maps offers photo tours of popular destinations, won't make you leave the couch (video)
Looking to get a better feel for that Yosemite National Park expedition this summer? Google Maps is looking to go beyond the regular ol' snapshot and offer an experience that feels more like an actual visit -- only you won't have to leave your sofa. The folks in Mountain View have added photo tours to over 15,000 sites around the globe from Italy to the aforementioned Half Dome in California. A search for your virtual destination of choice will indicate whether or not a tour is available for that particular locale. How does it work? The outfit uses user-contributed Picasa and Panaromio photos -- only those listed as public -- alongside some fancy computer techniques to provide a 3D tour. Along the way, Maps selects the best possible path through the highest quality images. At the bottom of each photo, contributor credit is given and Goog says when more shots get shared, these tours will improve over time. You'll need Google Maps with WebGL to get the sightseeing started, though. If you're looking for a quick preview, hit the video just past the break.

ComScore pegs Kindle Fire at more than 50 percent of the US Android tablet market
We've seen some pretty clear indications that the Kindle Fire was rapidly gaining market share among Android tablets, and ComScore is now out with a new report that indicates it recently crossed a big milestone. According to the research firm, the Fire's market share in the US fully doubled from December to February, with it standing at 54.4 percent as of the end of the month. Counted together, the Galaxy Tab family sits in second at 15.4 percent, while the Motorola Xoom and Asus Transformer come in at 7 and 6.3 percent, respectively. Of course, the Kindle Fire isn't quite your ordinary Android tablet, so this is likely better news for Amazon than Google. In addition to that, ComScore also looked at the browsing habits of tablet users, and unsurprisingly found that larger screens tended to lead to more content consumption, with 10-inch tablets boasting a 39 percent higher consumption rate than 7-inch devices. You can find all the numbers at the source link below.

'Twilight' Star's Nude Photo Scandal Rare For Young Cast
Kiowa Gordon's leaked pics might seem standard for young Hollywood, but 'Twilight' Tuesday notes that the cast has largely avoided scandal.

With all the glitz and glamour associated with being a young celebrity in Hollywood, it's hard to imagine there are any cons to fame and fortune. It's safe to say that one of the more precarious aspects of being universally recognized is the fact that any time a celebrity does anything worth a tweet, photograph or snarky comment, they have the potential to generate many a headline.
The amount of news coverage a star commands depends, of course, on the level of public interest, for which the minute details in the lives of Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian and the "Twilight" cast are of great importance.
A lot of the newer stars find out about their headline-generating factor the hard way, as has been the case with Kiowa Gordon and a batch of private photos that were posted to a pornographic website. Never mind the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the incident; by all appearances, Gordon is doing his best to resolve the matter and move on. The "nude photos discovered" headline is so prevalent in pop culture that it's almost expected.
Speaking of expectations, because there are so many ways in which a young celeb might be photographed doing something naughty — they're teenagers, for cryin' out loud! — I think we can all take a moment to appreciate the fact that on the whole, the entire "Twilight" cast has done an excellent job in upholding the ideals associated with their role-model statues. There have been a few leaked photos here and there but no evidence of any kind of truly inappropriate behavior that is often associated with young stars. It really is an amazing feat when you think about how many young actors we're talking about and how scrutinized they are. When I think about some of the dumb things I did in my teens, I thank my lucky stars that Facebook and Twitter were not around. I can't even begin to think about how difficult it would be to navigate as a young celebrity.
So as much as we love to obsess over our favorite stars, let's try to not sweat the small stuff and appreciate them for being worthy of our continued admiration.
Why do you think the "Twilight" cast has largely avoided the typical pitfalls of young fame? Let us know in the comments or tweet me @karawarner!

Patch 1.22 will see the addition of new weapons and armor available for crafting by Disciples of the Hand. This Topics post will provide some insight into the nature of these items, and introduce the social milieu that gave rise to their creation.
After the establishment of the Grand Companies, each city turned an eye to crafting quality arms and armor with which to outfit their respective forces. A growing number of adventurers can be seen clad in this official equipment as the Grand Companies continue to reward faithful service. There are those, however, whose livelihoods have suffered from the availability of such equipment?the armorers and weaponsmiths who rely upon the custom of adventurers. These craftspeople began searching for a means to rival the companies? superior wares, and eventually discovered their salvation in working with darksteel ore and hippogryph skin.
Though well known for their incredible strength and durability, these materials are notoriously difficult to shape and deemed ill-suited for mass-production. After much experimentation and deliberation, however, the masters of each guild developed improved crafting techniques. Thus were they able to forge a new series of unique items.
The invention of new crafting methods has made such arms and armor possible, but the process is still said to test the skill and patience of even the most seasoned smiths.
?
* New recipes include weapons, armor, and accessories.
* New weapon recipes planned for patch 1.22 are for gladiator, pugilist, marauder, and lancer classes only. Weapons for other classes are planned for release sometime after patch 1.22a.

AMD announces Radeon HD 7000M series with Enduro graphics-switching technology
AMD kicked off 2012 by refreshing its desktop graphics, and now it's back, giving its mobile GPUs the same treatment. The company just announced its third generation of DirectX 11 mobile chips, the Radeon HD 7000 family. All told, the collection includes three 28nm GPUs: the high-end 7900M, the mainstream 7800M and, last but not least, the 7700M, a darling little chip intended for AMD's thin and light Ultrabook competitors. Across the board, the series ushers in a new feature AMD is calling Enduro, a graphics-switching technology that takes direct aim at NVIDIA Optimus. Building on older AMD technologies like PowerXpress, it doesn't require you to close apps, reboot your system or manually specify which apps will trigger the GPU. Additionally, it's designed to work with both Intel CPUs and AMD's own application processing units, so presumably you'll find this inside some Ivy Bridge machines too. With this generation, too, the two higher-end chips support the PCI Express 3.0 interface, and all three make use of AMD's existing ZeroCore Power and Power Gating battery-saving features. That's the abridged version, but we also have a full breakdown of the specs awaiting you past the break.

Samsung countdown teases next Galaxy phone with anagram
Sammy's latest marketing ploy kicked off with a string of nonsense that could just as easily have come from the Sunday morning jumble: "Destination: tgeltaayehxnx," declared the Samsung Mobile Twitter account. Anagram wizards will read that as, "the next Galaxy," and wouldn't you know it, it's also the URL for an auspicious countdown clock. Sammy promises to let visitors take "the next step" in about 17 hours and counting. Bonafide internet sleuths can find an extra carrot strung up in the site's source, reading, "discover how Samsung is about to challenge the way you view the Galaxy once more." Is Samsung about to break its own May 3rd unveiling? We'll let you know in 16 hours and change.
Update: It seems like that ticker just might be counting down to some sort of anagram guessing game, according to an Engadget tipster who partook in some directory diving. Among a series of assets of different colored lettered tiles he found images with instructions warnings, reading "Click on the letters in the correct order to reveal your real destination," and "Following technology blindly often gets you nowhere." Ominous.
[Thanks, Naor]
